What you will do

An exciting and rare opportunity exists for a capable, creative and experienced Marketing Manager to join MD International Ltd (Docly UK). The role will be fully responsible for all marketing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to build on their existing healthcare commercial experience and prove their ability in a fast paced, dynamic organisation.

The role will require flexibility, strong organisational skills and creativity. This is a senior role which has excellent exposure to the leadership team.s The candidate will take full responsibility for implementing and delivering the marketing strategy and outcomes together with support for a range of PR activities. In this role you work with colleagues across the organisation, as well as NHS GPs, GP practice staff and other external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of B2B marketing activities: digital, events, social media, PR, newsletters, blogs, etc
  • Close collaborative working with the Partnership Development team
  • Implementing and managing a marketing budget aligned to the financial and strategic objectives of the business
  • Commission and brief designers regarding marketing campaign requirements
  • Copy writer for press releases, internal and external communications
  • Creation of sales material and presentations
  • Creation of material for trade shows & conferences
  • Creation of marketing activity and ROI reports

Key challenges in the job will be to:

  • Deliver B2B marketing activities and assets aligned to partnership development model
  • Develop Customer Archetypes for partner organisations and people
  • Increase awareness of Docly UK as a brand
  • Increase publications in healthcare specific journals/ publications

It's a full time position, reporting to the Managing Director. The role will be based in London.

Who are you?

We would like to see that you have up to 3 years’ experience managing marketing initiatives, ideally within a healthcare market and to be successful in this role we also see that you are keen to develop a career in a fast moving and challenging environment.

We also see that you are:

  • Well organised, thorough and strong attention to detail
  • Confident, polite and a strong communicator
  • Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team but also be able to manage own time and priorities
  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent digital skills (design, SEO, social media, mobile, apps, email), both in driving customer acquisition and brand
  • Working with and influencing staff at all levels
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use measurement tools to provide an analysis for google analytics, google trends, shared counts
